What are the options
When it comes to looking for legal support, who do you turn to? A mediator, lawyer or judge?

The first step is always to try mediation and if suitable this can often resolve many of your legal matters outside of the courtroom.
Mediation is a fast and cost-effective way to have a dispute resolved. It’s also a great way to avoid a low court process that might take years.
Mediation has been used across the World as an effective alternative to other ways of settling disputes. It is an alternative dispute resolution method that seeks to resolve conflicts between two or more parties. It is often used as an out-of-court settlement option because it reduces costs and speeds up resolving cases. In mediation, each side presents their argument in front of their opponent with an impartial mediator who will help reach an agreement. Call our Mediation Team

Court Proceedings
If mediation isn’t possible, or it hasn’t worked, we’ll talk you through the court process and what the court is likely to need from you. Our Legal Support team offers a range of fixed-fee options to help you prepare your application and documents, so you can move forward with clarity and control over costs.
Support is available by email, telephone and video call, with the option of town-centre meeting rooms if you want face-to-face help. Our fixed-fee packages are normally delivered remotely to keep costs down, but if you need additional support or in-person appointments we can provide this — and we’ll agree any costs with you before work starts.
Fixed fees can be a cost-effective alternative to traditional hourly billing.
